about the support group
“Kids of the Kingdom Eastern Visayas is a support group for children and families celebrating life and fighting chronic diseases like cancer (Lymphoma, Leukaemia etc.). We live life for the honour of Jesus our Saviour, Healer and King. We provide support where children are drawn close to God and get to know the promise of His words. Cancer kills, steals and destroys young lives. We have done our best to organise as volunteers and help children and families in distress due to life-threatening illnesses, since 2010. The group is organised by our two Doctors, Dr Everly Joy Tobio and Dr Maria Rosita Adolfo. Along with medications and chemotherapy we have brought hope to many beneficiaries.
We hope to raise funds to support their very worthwhile treatments and the sharing of God’s hope through our activities. This fund seeks to prevent the needs of the desperate to resort to begging to get help in their difficult situation.”
